Extra Space Required

The client wished to provide a safe place for aging relatives. This meant that the unit had to be transformed into an open area but also be wheelchair friendly.

The brief was simple, take this ex cafeteria area and revert it to a lower level dwelling.

Create a staff / office area in the roof of this Childcare facility

This is a personal project. Create an over the garage office / Hobby area moving the office out of the activity room of our newly purchased residence.

The client wanted to increase the kitchen area of their residence. this ended up kitchen / breakfast area, with seperate hobby building and verandah to the front elevation.
